shipping

All shipping is via UPS & FedEx. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE GROUND Shipping to the 48 contiguous states only. Free shipping offer not valid for AK, HI, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total, before discounts and taxes applied. Rates will vary depending on weight of shipment, delivery zone and delivery speed. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

    UPS Ground (3-5 business days processing time)
  • East Coast: 1 - 3 business days
  • West Coast: 3 - 5 business days
  • Total delivery time: 4 - 10 business days

    UPS 2nd Day Air (1-2 business days processing time)
  • East and West Coast: 2 business days
  • Total delivery time: 3 - 4 business days

    UPS Next Day Air Saver (1-2 business days processing time)
  • East and West Coast: 1 business day
  • Total delivery time: 2 - 3 business days

    No P.O. Box delivery available.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPSNext Day Air Saver: Orders must be placed by 2pm on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed the following business day.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 3 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Wednesday or by close of business day Thursday.

Hazardous Materials:
Brush Care + is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) due to ingredients and is required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to either Alaskan and Hawaiian addresses.

Returns from beingtrue.com accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Unfortunately there are no refunds on shipping costs unless an error was made on our end.

To return an item please contact Customer Service M-F 8am-5pm PST to receive a Return Authorization #. No returns accepted without RA#. A return authorization # will be issued from Customer Service (either phone or email for request). Once you have received a RA#, you may send the product back to our warehouse. Please allow 10 business days to process all returns.

May not return items to spas or salons that sell our product.

All information provided through beingtrue.com (the "Site"), is kept private. Information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy governs only information provided to and communications from beingtrue.com. Privacy policy last updated 8/01/2011.

We only collect personally identifiable information about you when it is provided to the Site through “my account” registration, online surveys, or you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information, age range, gender, product preferences, or skin care concerns when you join our TRUE Rewards Program. If you decide to place an order, we will need to know your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date. To protect your personal information, users registering at the Site will be asked to enter a user name/email address and password. If you would prefer that we not collect any personal information from you, please do not provide us with said information.

We will not provide your personal information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you. You may opt out of e-mails from the Site at any point in time by clicking here or clicking unsubscribe in the body of the email.

This Site is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of 13.
