All shipping is via UPS & FedEx. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE GROUND Shipping to the 48 contiguous states only. Free shipping offer not valid for AK, HI, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total, before discounts and taxes applied. Rates will vary depending on weight of shipment, delivery zone and delivery speed. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 3 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Wednesday or by close of business day Thursday.
Brush Care + is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) due to ingredients and is required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to either Alaskan and Hawaiian addresses.
Returns from beingtrue.com accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Unfortunately there are no refunds on shipping costs unless an error was made on our end.
To return an item please contact Customer Service M-F 8am-5pm PST to receive a Return Authorization #. No returns accepted without RA#. A return authorization # will be issued from Customer Service (either phone or email for request). Once you have received a RA#, you may send the product back to our warehouse. Please allow 10 business days to process all returns.
May not return items to spas or salons that sell our product.
